Security Policy

This is a Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) case management and service authorization system and is intended for official use by authorized users only. Authorized users include designated active State of Missouri employees and designated active HCBS Provider employees. Unauthorized access or use of this system by unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may subject violators to administrative action, civil, and or criminal prosecution under the Criminal Code (Title 18 USC 1030). All information in this system may be monitored, intercepted, recorded, read, copied, or captured and disclosed by and to authorized personnel for official purposes, including criminal prosecution. You have no expectations of privacy regarding monitoring of this system. You shall not, without prior written permission of DHSS or its designee, provide access to this system to any person other than yourself. You may not assign, share, delegate, sublicense, pledge or otherwise transfer any usage rights granted relating to this system. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your User ID or password. If you have reason to believe your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your User ID or password), you must promptly change your password and immediately notify DHSS of the problem by contacting the system Help Desk at 1-866-201-4370. This system contains information which is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) including all implementing regulations and amendments thereto, 192.2505 RSMo, and other federal and state laws or regulations. By using this system, you agree to be bound by, and comply with, all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of this system signifies consent to and compliance with the aforementioned policies and terms. Failure to comply with these policies and terms may result in suspension or termination of access to this system at DHSS’ discretion.
